Group Personal Training

If you need individual support but thrive in a small group environment, group personal training sessions are the perfect fit for you!
A customized and individual exercise program coordinated will the programs of 2-3 other people who will be with you each week.

We use a comprehensive digital food and mood journal for you to record your lifestyle habits prior to your sessions :)
